Health is very important. I care about my health very much.
To keep healthy, at first I have a healthy diet. For breakfast, I eat noodles and eggs. For lunch, I eat rice, soup, fish and carrots. For dinner, I eat some rice, broccolis , chicken and I drink milk every morning!
Second, exercise is very important, too. I usually exercise in the morning. I usually go jogging, swimming, and playing ping-pong ball.
Third, resting and keeping a good mood is very important, too. They can let me have a better lifestyle so that I can keep myself healthy.
